About the Role
The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist plays a critical role in evaluating customer interactions to maintain service excellence and regulatory compliance. This position collaborates with leadership to provide objective assessments, support employee development, and drive continuous improvements within the Customer Experience department. The role directly contributes to consistent patient experiences and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer communications, including phone calls and digital correspondence, using established QA metrics.
- Maintain quality standards, data accuracy, and service benchmarks across assigned teams.
- Provide timely and impartial feedback and coaching to support employee development.
- Participate in calibration meetings to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
- Track performance trends, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, internal policies, and established quality standards.
- Assist in developing QA tools, standard operating procedures, and process improvement initiatives.
- Report significant quality issues, compliance violations, and safety concerns through appropriate channels.
- Recognize high performance and promote operational best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and sound logical reasoning.
- Ability to conduct objective and unbiased evaluations focused on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, technical writing, and data reporting.
- Experience with CRM systems, QA software, and standard productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
- Preferred experience in medical aesthetics, telehealth, or clinical environments.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are an asset.
Pay
$23–$26 per hour, depending on location, skills, experience, and education.
