Position Summary

Collect, catalog and store game related material (i.e. Color sign-offs, Agent Samples, Rub Checks, Press Samples). Maintain files with game related documentation (logs, summary reports etc...)

Perform research and sample retrieval as requested.

Perform evaluation of ticket rub characteristics and log results.

Perform evaluation of ticket perforation, log and analyze results.

Perform advanced product testing using various equipment, report results in a clear, concise manner.

Perform optimum prize delivery verification as needed.

Evaluate product for compliance to customer specifications on a limited basis.

Assist Compliance Analysts with data collection.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Maintain Files

Collects, consolidates, and stores ticket samples in QA storage room.

Performs down stacking and removal of outdated ticket samples.

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to talk and hear as well as use hands and fingers to handle and feel. The employee is frequently required to sit, climb or balance. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms as well as stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 40 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 35 pounds upstairs. Staging sample boxes on storage racks and building pallets for sample removal.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/ or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemical, outside weather conditions, extreme cold and heat, risk of electrical shock and vibration.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as assigned.
  • Have a written understanding of English and the ability to speak English fluently.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate high level of productivity and initiative.
  • Demonstrate creative approach to problem solving.
  • Able to utilize outside resources.
  • Able to work independently with limited direction and/ or oversight.
  • Good understanding of instant ticket manufacturing process.
  • Good communication skills.

Desired Quality assurance experience helpful

Average written communication.

Catalogue samples for historical collection and quick retrieval.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Location

This position requires employee to work on-site daily in our plant located in Alpharetta, GA. It is not a remote position.
