Quality Assurance Officer- Harrisburg

Dasher is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Quality Assurance Auditor to perform field-based audits for an automotive inspection program, ensuring compliance with State and Federal procedures and guidelines. This role operates similarly to a 'Secret Shopper' and offers daytime work hours with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance by conducting undercover automotive service center site visits, observing and reporting inspection procedures, and documenting the audit
• Daily reconciliation of funds
• Occasional attendance at hearings when needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive safely within the state of Pennsylvania
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to make on-site decisions independently
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to submit to a full background check, drug screen, motor vehicle report, and ongoing random drug screens
