About the Role

Holiday Inn Club Vacations operates a Quality Assurance department within Sales Operations. The Quality Assurance Officers (QAOs) provide specialized administrative support to the Sales departments. The primary function of the Quality Assurance Officer is to reduce the number of completed sales that result in rescission or default. QAOs undertake a variety of special assignments and tasks, using their discretion to resolve purchasers’ issues, concerns, and questions.

Responsibilities

• Executes proper communication with all Holiday Inn Club Vacations affiliated departments, management, and Holiday Inn Club Vacation owners.
• Confirms sales and verifies contracts with new and existing owners by reviewing all closing documents of Holiday Inn Club Vacation sales.
• Handles walk-in cancellations and owner cancellation calls; rewrites sales and assists QAOs with mail out process to recover lost business.
• Assists Quality Assurance management with training and improvement of new and existing employees.
• Builds working relationships with sales leaders.
• Works to resolve walk-ins and calls regarding customers' concerns.
• Maintains reports on all communications with customers.
• Follows up with guests on documents with errors to get corrections made.
• Ability to work weekends and most holidays.

Requirements

• Must be process-oriented with attention to detail.
• Self-directed and independent with projects but works as a team player.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a high energy level.
• Strong administrative, organization, and planning skills.
• Some vacation ownership experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• SC Notary license or apply at the time hired.
