Quality Assurance/ Medical Records-IN OFFICE Medical Chart Reviewer

About the role

This position serves as a medical chart reviewer within the Quality Assurance team at Central Coast Home Health, located in the San Luis Obispo office.

Responsibilities

- Review various communications for Home Health patients, including doctor's orders, visit notes, and other clinical communications. - Maintain increasingly high attention to detail and thoroughness for all documentation. - Retrieve and manage documentation on a regular basis, with some distractions. - Assist in maintaining a team environment by taking on additional duties as needed.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent. - Experience with MS Office, Adobe, and Internet Explorer. - Knowledge of basic office practices and procedures.

Schedule

- Full time, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. - Not remote.
