Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems
Position
The Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems is responsible for the overall support of programs as defined by the Volunteers of America program model and funding source standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Two years of experience in data quality and data systems
- Demonstrated ability in the areas of written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated skills in training, audit and evaluation data collection and incident management
Supervisory Role
This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage, update and distribute agency dashboards
- Monitor and manage the quality assurance help desk
- Manage, monitor and analyze agency outcomes
- Review and respond to agency-wide incident reports
- Train necessary agency workforce on incident identification, writing and reporting
- Participate and assist in the development of ongoing staff training for the electronic health record
- Support the AVP of Research & Evaluation and the Senior Director of Research & Evaluation/Corporate Privacy Officer in daily operations
- Perform other related duties as requested
