Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems

Position

The Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems is responsible for the overall support of programs as defined by the Volunteers of America program model and funding source standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Two years of experience in data quality and data systems
• Demonstrated ability in the areas of written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated skills in training, audit and evaluation data collection and incident management

Supervisory Role

This position does have supervisory responsibilities.

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage, update and distribute agency dashboards
• Monitor and manage the quality assurance help desk
• Manage, monitor and analyze agency outcomes
• Review and respond to agency-wide incident reports
• Train necessary agency workforce on incident identification, writing and reporting
• Participate and assist in the development of ongoing staff training for the electronic health record
• Support the AVP of Research & Evaluation and the Senior Director of Research & Evaluation/Corporate Privacy Officer in daily operations
• Perform other related duties as requested
