Quality Assurance Manager - Brewing
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section only when posting has real, specific content. So we need sections: About the role (intro paragraph about company culture?), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list), Benefits (list), Pay (salary). Possibly also "Company" but not in list; but we could include "About the role" covering the intro about company and role summary. The role summary is separate paragraph. We'll combine.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So include salary range: $106,400 - $126,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible.
Benefits list: Health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness and Tax-Advantaged Savings and Spending Accounts; Life Insurance and Disability Income Protection; Generous Parental Leave and FMLA policies; 401(k) Retirement Savings options with a company matching contribution; Chance to work in a fast-paced environment among a company of owners; Free Beer!
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
About the role
Dreaming big is in our DNA. It’s who we are as a company. It’s our culture. It’s our heritage. And more than ever, it’s our future. A future where we’re always looking forward. Always serving up new ways to meet life’s moments. A future where we keep dreaming bigger. We look for people with passion, talent, and curiosity, and provide them with the teammates, resources and opportunities to unleash their full potential. The power we create together – when we combine your strengths with ours – is unstoppable. Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do? ...
But we need to include company description and role summary. The intro includes company description? Actually after the first paragraph there is "COMPANY: We are home to the nation’s most iconic beer..." That's company description. Then "ROLE SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance Manager role leads key quality initiatives..." So we can combine into About the role section: include company description and role summary. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact sentences? We can keep them as is but maybe break into paragraphs. We'll include the company paragraph exactly as given (starting with "We are home to the nation’s most iconic beer..."). Then role summary paragraph. Then responsibilities as- each bullet. Responsibilities list: we need to extract each bullet from the block after "JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:" It's a long paragraph with sentences separated by spaces. We need to split into logical items. Let's parse: "This position will support Quality and coordinate initiatives in the Brewery that will ensure integrity in Quality procedures and certifications according to agencies/government regulations" "Primary responsibility for tracking and monitoring all Quality critical metrics including Food Safety, Microbiology, Consumer Complaints, etc." "Considered a domain specialist on food safety laws." "Interact with government agencies/officials on food safety issues and inspections for the Brewery" "Lead the continuous improvement of Quality policies and associated important metrics in support of Quality procedures" "Lead development and monitoring of all critical control points to ensure consistency and quality" "Lead efforts in the brewery to improve Quality and the effectiveness of plant cleaning and sanitation programs." "Evaluate new suppliers of products and equipment in order to reduce costs and improve results" "Utilize VPO tools to achieve critical metric targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, Gap Analysis, MCRS meeting schedules and action logs, 5 - Why's, PDCA and SDCA cycles, etc.)" "Drive ownership and results via Autonomous Team Strategy" "Responsible for financial performance of area" "Responsible for driving actions and leading improvement in team engagement" "Oversee preventative maintenance work in area of responsibility" "Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are being followed" "Monitor production plans to maintain quality and accomplish current and future schedules" "Ensure that quality and safety standards are met" We'll make each a
