About the role

Serve as the Quality Assurance Manager, Metrics and Reporting Lead supporting the DISN Consolidated Provisioning (DCP) contract. Responsible for developing, managing, validating, and delivering contract performance metrics, recurring Government reports, executive dashboards, and performance analyses for all provisioning phases and customer-funded projects. Ensure contract deliverables are accurate, timely, compliant with PWS requirements, and provide meaningful insight into operational performance, workload trends, customer support activities, and quality objectives. This position includes direct supervisory responsibility for the Metrics and Reporting team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the contract lead for all recurring metrics, reporting, and performance measurement activities supporting the DISN Consolidated Provisioning contract.
  • Ensure all contractual reporting deliverables are submitted accurately and on schedule in accordance with PWS requirements and Government-approved formats.
  • Develop, coordinate, validate, and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports required by the Government, including contract metrics, executive dashboards, performance summaries, escalation reports, and customer support reports.
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate operational data from Order Entry, Order Preparation, Solution Design, Service Activation, Customer Outreach, Rapid Response Team, QoS, and customer-funded projects.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a matrixed team of diverse cross-functional technicians, including government and contractor personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Analyze and maintain comprehensive documentation of objectives, procedures, and outcomes through detailed reports and metrics.
  • Operate with appreciable latitude in resolving financial and administrative challenges.
  • Analyze provisioning workload, backlog, aging, throughput, service delivery timelines, circuit transition progress, customer outreach performance, quality metrics, and operational trends to identify risks and recommend process improvements.
  • Comply with all safety and security requirements, policies, and procedures; worksite access protocols and updates; training requirements, required certifications, and other assigned duties or projects.
  • Limited travel is expected for this position, less than 10% throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Minimum active Secret Clearance is required.
  • Two (2) years or more of military experience in a communications field or an applicable technical discipline; or
  • Two (2) years or more in an accredited technical training program, including one (1) year experience in an applicable communication field; or
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a communication field or applicable technical discipline.
  • Ability to type on a keyboard and use computer monitors for extended periods.

Schedule

Full-time position working at least 40 hours per week to meet contract requirements. The employee must be available during DISA core business hours, 6:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, and is expected to work at least 8 hours per day beginning and ending within these core hours. After-hours or additional work beyond 40 hours per week may be necessary.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional secure office environment, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Government or ICS-owned equipment and materials must be maintained in a safe and secure location. When working remotely, the position requires a safe and ergonomically sound work environment.
