Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
  • Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and improvements.
  • Oversee audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Validate quality processes, documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership on new product and process initiatives.
  • Manage and coach quality team members, ensuring accountability and growth.
  • Prepare and analyze quality documentation, reports, and trends.
  • Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and import/export requirements.
  • Stay current on quality trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills — required.
  • Ability to manage complex issues and drive decisions — required.
  • Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or technical environment — required.
  • Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, Lean, or Six Sigma principles — advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems — advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field — required.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination — required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance — required.

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this role is $114,800.00 - $153,100.00. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.

This position requires U.S. person status under ITAR regulations and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
