The Details
- Field Inspections: Conduct pre-drywall, final, and completion inspections on multifamily homes and townhomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets Stylecraft standards, building codes, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with construction teams and trade contractors to explain expectations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, provide feedback, and help refine QA standards and processes.
- Technical Support: Guide trade partners on installation methods and quality expectations.
- Data & Reporting: Document inspection results and maintain organized, accurate reports.
- Travel: Visit job sites across Central, South, and East Texas as needed.

- Technical Understanding of Construction Systems (Water Intrusion, Materials, etc.)
