Responsibilities
- Drives corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing audit results and identifying the severity of findings.
- Supports customers and business partners to maintain product integrity and trademarks.
- Establishes relationships and collaborates with external parties to create opportunities for the company to meet financial goals.
- Works with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and leads capital construction on high-profile projects using established procedures and new approaches.
- Manages complex regulatory issues affecting products and ingredients, including periods automatic replacement and material safety data sheets.
- Interacts with government officials to represent the company or soft drink industry, explaining complex scientific data, reports, or issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience, or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree.

Pay
$105,840 - $132,300 plus target bonus.
