Our QA team ensures enterprise-grade reliability, security, and regulatory alignment across all product releases—where every test case impacts millions in transactional trust and regulatory standing. Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end QA strategy for web, API, and mobile platforms—including test planning, execution, and continuous improvement of QA processes.Design and execute automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for regression, smoke, and API validation across CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with DevOps and product teams to embed QA into sprint cycles and shift-left testing for faster release velocity.Define and maintain test coverage metrics, defect tracking workflows, and risk-based prioritization aligned with business-critical features.Ensure compliance with U.S. financial standards including SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and GDPR-related test validations for data handling and audit trails.Mentor junior QA analysts and drive QA best practices adoption through documentation, code reviews, and toolchain standardization.
