Quality Assurance Manager

Location: North Miami, FL | Type: Onsite, full-time

About the role

We are looking for a QA Lead to work closely with our development team on a variety of marketing, desktop, and mobile projects. You will develop test strategies, provide multiple levels of estimation, perform capacity planning for all phases of testing, determine specific test environment needs, and coordinate test schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a recognized subject-matter expert in test strategy and estimation
• Prepare estimations for high-impact, complex projects with incomplete data
• Predict and document potential risks and constraints based on experience, data analysis, and existing models
• Focus on testing strategy, scope, timelines, budget, and plans for all QA phases
• Act as the technical leader in test planning on major projects
• Oversee multiple projects and coordinate onshore and offshore resources
• Facilitate project communications with external stakeholders
