About the role
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes overseeing the implementation of quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality control procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of production processes and products
- Address and resolve quality issues as they arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with quality management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
