Our companies and products include AmTote, Xpressbet, 1/ST BET, and PariMAX. We are seeking a QA Manager to lead the strategy, leadership, and hands-on execution of quality assurance across our ADW (Advance Deposit Wagering) products, including the Xpressbet and 1/ST BET online and mobile wagering platforms.
This role owns test planning, test automation, release quality, and defect governance to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-availability wagering experiences across web, iOS, and Android. The QA Manager will build and lead the QA team while remaining directly engaged in test design and execution, partnering closely with Development, Product, DevOps, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Leads the QA function for Xpressbet and 1/ST BET, defining test strategy, standards, and quality gates across web, iOS, and Android wagering interfaces.
- Develops, maintains, and executes test plans, test cases, and regression suites in TestRail, ensuring coverage across functional, integration, regression, and user-acceptance testing.
- Designs and expands testing frameworks to increase coverage and accelerate release cycles.
- Owns release quality, coordinating test execution, sign-off, and go/no-go recommendations for production deployments.
- Partners with Product teams to manage defect triage, tracking, and root cause analysis in Jira, driving resolution and preventive measures with Development teams.
- Validates end-to-end wagering workflows across core services and integrations, including XWSX, XSIGN, FMX, and GWSDS, and downstream tote and audit feeds.
- Partners with Development, Product, DevOps, and Operations to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle and shift testing earlier in the process.
- Verifies compliance with jurisdictional, geolocation, and responsible-gaming requirements (including Radar geolocation and Persona age/identity verification) across supported markets.
- Establishes and reports QA metrics — test coverage, defect density, defect escape rate, and release readiness — to leadership and stakeholders.
- Leads performance testing and monitoring validation to ensure high availability and responsiveness during peak wagering periods.
- Hires, mentors, and develops QA analysts and engineers, managing workload allocation, performance, and professional growth.
- Maintains QA documentation and standards in Confluence and drives continuous improvement of tools, processes, and testing best practices.
- Directs test execution with people leadership, handling recruitment, performance management, workload planning, coaching, and succession planning in a fast-paced, release-driven environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- QA and defect management tooling (Jira, TestRail).
- Functional and regression testing of web and native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- API and service-level testing (REST/gRPC) and back-end integration validation.
- Working with Agile/Scrum delivery teams and shift-left quality practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members toward achievement of the company’s strategic vision.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams spanning multiple locations.
