Quality Assurance Lab Technician - 1st Shift (Food Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized testing on incoming materials, in-process materials, finished products, ingredients, and manufacturing supplies to confirm quality and compliance.
• Maintain sample retention, document results with accuracy, and partner with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and promote continuous improvement.
• Support special projects and provide quality-related guidance to production teams.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail along with math skills necessary for interpreting measurements and graphs.

What You Can Expect

• Physically, you will be regularly required to stand, walk, and communicate throughout your shift.
• You may occasionally lift or move items up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, or crouching.
• You will work in an environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Pay

Pay Range: $38,000 - $49,000
