About the role

Learn the inspection process for:

  • Reagents: Inspection and release of Reagent raw materials
  • Reagents: Inspection and release of Reagent final products
  • Instruments: Inspection and release of Instruments and packaged instruments

Learn GMP review of documentation for:

  • Reagents: final products
  • Reagents: raw materials
  • Instruments: Final Instruments

Maintain storage of Reagent Retains. The Final Product Release team is responsible for quality review and inspection of all final product and for some lower-level components and raw materials. This team functions as a primary service provider to Reagent and Instrument Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection and release of raw materials, final products, and instruments
  • Review GMP documentation for reagents and instruments
  • Maintain storage of reagent retains
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all tasks
  • Apply GD&T principles during inspections
  • Perform mathematical calculations related to quality assurance
  • Complete assignments promptly and multitask effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of GD&T principles
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Team-oriented with commitment to success
  • Adaptive, collaborative, and agile
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Windows
  • Experience working under GMP or ISO 9000 environment
  • Minimum of a High School degree; relevant technical experience in a regulated industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of GMP is preferred but can be taught on the job
