About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support a high-tech manufacturing environment in Torrance. This role works closely with Quality leadership and internal teams to ensure materials and products meet engineering and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings for mechanical components and cables
- Measure parts to verify compliance to specifications
- Perform receiving and product-level inspections
- Enter inspection data into QT9 system
- Process nonconformance reports, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Interface with QC Manager and cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of quality inspection experience
- Experience inspecting small parts under microscope
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay
$27–$32 per hour
