QUALITY ASSURANCE FINAL INSPECTOR (2nd Shift) Compensation: Competitive hourly + 15% shift differential About the Role: As a Quality Assurance Final Inspector, you'll be the final line of defense before products reach customers ensuring every part meets exact specifications and quality standards. What You'll Do Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface finish defects, often under magnification Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time Required Qualifications High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred) 1-2+ years of Quality Assurance experience Blueprint reading experience Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environment (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
