Our client, a leader in the payments and financial technology industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineering IV- to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Engineering IV-, you will be an integral part of the Payment Hardware/EMV team supporting certification and testing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineering IV- Location:Alpharetta, GA (Onsite) Pay Range: $59 What's the Job? Demonstrate in-depth expertise in EMV Level 3 (L3) Certification, understanding certification processes and requirements. Design and execute detailed test plans and scripts for credit/debit card transactions, including EBT and gift card testing scenarios. Capture and analyze host and simulator logs to support card brand certification and submission processes. Utilize industry tools such as FIME BTT, Splunk, Postman, Zephyr Scale, and Jira for testing, log analysis, and defect tracking. Apply knowledge of payment protocols, card-to-terminal communication, and payment hardware testing to ensure compliance and quality. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in Payment Hardware/EMV testing and certification processes. Strong understanding of EMV + Payment Hardware/Terminal Testing and Payment Domain experience with BTT / ICC tools. Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging standards and Base24 systems. Basic programming skills, such as Python or Java, for troubleshooting and support activities. Hands-on experience with payment hardware and card-to-terminal communication protocols.
