Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist – Supplier Quality

About the role

The Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all documentation related to supplier quality meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and update supplier quality documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation
• Conduct regular audits of supplier quality processes and document findings
• Prepare and maintain records of supplier performance evaluations
• Support the development and implementation of new supplier quality procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier quality assurance or documentation
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
