Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist – Supplier Quality

About the role

The Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all supplier quality documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and update supplier quality documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Work closely with suppliers to gather and maintain necessary quality assurance documents.
• Prepare and maintain quality assurance reports and documentation as required.
• Ensure all supplier quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Participate in regular meetings with suppliers to discuss quality assurance processes and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or supplier quality management.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
