About the role
Provide strategic oversight of CMS Star Ratings for Home Health and Hospice, act as an internal expert on CMS methodology and reporting guidance, review CMS Provider Preview Reports, and lead pre-publication response efforts. Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership on quality strategies, and prepare executive dashboards, board summaries, and leadership reports.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of CMS Star Ratings for Home Health and Hospice
- Act as an internal expert on CMS methodology and reporting guidance
- Review CMS Provider Preview Reports
- Lead pre-publication response efforts
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership on quality strategies
- Prepare executive dashboards, board summaries, and leadership reports
Requirements
- Active clinical RN license (BSN preferred)
- 5–7 years of clinical experience in home health and hospice
- Demonstrated expertise in CMS quality reporting programs
