Responsibilities Include Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Perform data entry in multiple systems Generate, maintain and manage reports designed to provide analytical support Create forms from software and prepare document packages Contact suppliers in effort to resolve open issues Qualifications Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Advanced education a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills Good research skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and use multiple software programs Previous experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
