Quality Assurance Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform QA inspection/auditing of manufacturing operations to ensure products meet labeling, dating, and packaging requirements per SOPs and cGMP.
• Process final container samples; conduct inspection/sampling according to SOP, protocol, or client request.
• Review and approve product records and entries for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure labeling and packaging lines are clean and free of materials/components from previous lots.
• Conduct visual inspection of product vials and packaging for extended periods (8‑10 hours/day with breaks).
• Audit manufacturing and finished‑product packaging areas to verify cGMP compliance.
• Identify and document potential problems; follow up with supervisors to ensure corrective actions.
• Conduct annual retention sample inspections.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year related experience (no degree required).
• Experience with electronic documentation management systems and/or LMS.
• Knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to recognize product‑quality deficiencies and report them to supervisors.
• Thorough understanding of QA and manufacturing systems related to testing, packaging, and batch records.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: Pharmaceutical experience; FDA‑regulated industry experience; Visual Inspection Qualification knowledge.

Working Environment

• Vision requirements: 14/14 corrected near‑point pass; color deficiency test.
• Physical: Ability to lift 40 lb unassisted; prolonged standing; bending, reaching, and stooping to access lower shelves.

Location & Schedule

Spokane, WA – On‑site, full‑time.

Shift: Weekend days – Friday to Sunday, plus an “E/O” Thursday shift from 6 am to 6 pm.

Pay

Hiring wage: $28.81 – $38.96 per hour, plus a 12 % shift differential. Opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises are provided.
