Quality Assurance Associate I
About the role
This role plays a critical part in identifying errors such as missing pages, barcode issues, or document misfeeds before final processing. You will primarily work at a computer, using internal systems to review scanned files while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Review scanned digital documents for accuracy and quality
- Identify and correct errors such as double feeds, missing pages, or barcode issues
- Use computer systems to track, review, and validate document files
- Organize completed document stacks and place them into designated boxes
- Prepare and stage boxes for transfer to warehouse storage
- Maintain daily productivity and accuracy standards

- Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation
- Ability to identify and resolve simple technical or document-related issues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving hands, wrists, and arms
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Ability to work extended shifts (10–15 hours) as needed in a standing position
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to pass required background screening and drug test.

Pay
The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600-$33,250. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
