Quality Assurance and Training Specialist (EH&B)
About the role
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst plays a crucial role in the Employee Health and Benefits area of McGriff Specialty, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency. This position focuses on conducting quality assurance reviews, writing and updating SOPs, preparing training materials, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement or potential compliance-related deficiencies within retail insurance.
- Communicate with stakeholders and consult on implementation plans to ensure the firm's high-quality standards are achieved.
- Write and update Standard Operating Procedures based on national workflows.
- Prepare training plan and training content (videos, presentations, templates) for the processes identified.
- Engage business stakeholders to gather feedback on client needs and deliverable variations, using insights to enhance and update training content.
- Monitor error trends and frequently asked questions, then recommend targeted training topics.
- Uphold quality standards by ensuring that process and product output meet regulatory and internal control requirements.
- Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize own workload to meet individual SLA, KPI, and Quality targets.
- Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant EH&B related legislation.
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
- Five years of experience within the Employee Health and Benefits industry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Highly effective written / verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $56,100 to $104,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
Schedule
This role offers a hybrid schedule, combining remote and in-office work options.
