About the role
As a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the implementation and adherence to quality standards across all operations. You will ensure that products meet the highest quality specifications and that all processes are compliant with industry regulations.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and systems.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Train employees on quality assurance and quality control best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control roles.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with quality management software is preferred.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with quality management software such as Prosci, QMS, or similar tools.
