Quality Assurance and KPI Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee inventory control and Quality assurance teams, including cycle counters, inventory associates, and team leads
• Supervise team members by assigning work, setting priorities, and monitoring performance
• Establish team goals and manage performance through KPIs
• Coach and mentor team members to support development and succession planning
• Foster a positive teamwork environment by actively listening and communicating with associates in a fast-paced setting
• Support coordination of floor space utilization and workflow optimization to handle large volumes of inventory
• Absorb and respond to O&S&D (Overages, Shortages, and Damages) claims in a timely manner
• Supervise Inventory Supervisors and site-level leaders reporting into this role
• Oversee inventory control performance across multiple sites
• Review KPI reports, identify trends, and direct corrective actions
• Conduct performance reviews with site leadership
• Act as escalation point for multi-site inventory issues

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
• Warehouse equipment experience
• Inventory control experience
• 2+ years warehouse experience
• 2+ years WMS and RF systems experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading inventory teams
• Experience managing supervisors or multi-site operations
• Knowledge of barcode scanning, RFID, inventory systems
• Ability to manage performance metrics
• Hazmat experience
