Quality Assurance and Documentation Specialist

About the role

Responsible for ensuring high-quality standards in documentation and testing processes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and documentation
• Perform software testing to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testing results
• Document findings and issues encountered during testing
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and documentation
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
• Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of software development languages and frameworks
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
