Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester, Jr

About the role

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, 37203 (Hybrid). Duration: 14 Months. This position will support testing of modernization through supporting and leading the UAT test phase. The role requires knowledge and experience in manual and automation testing as part of an Agile/Scrum project team.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the UAT test phase for modernization efforts.
• Perform manual and automation testing using tools such as Jira, Zephyr for Jira, SQL Server, Postman, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, and other automation test tools.
• Learn new application functionality and Tricentis Tosca.
• Create automation scripts for ServiceNow applications (Customer Portal, Provider Portal, Worker Portal, HR Portal, Legal Portal) and the new modernization application C‑CARE.
• Work with users and various business areas to create and execute manual test cases.
• Create and execute automation test scripts to increase test coverage and reuse repetitive tests, reducing testing time.
• Contribute to reducing employee tension and unforeseen turnovers through improved testing efficiency.
• Apply ADA/Section 508 accessibility testing and AI‑powered testing expertise.

Requirements

• Experience with Jira, Zephyr for Jira, SQL Server, Postman, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or other automation testing tools.
• Familiarity with API and performance testing (EASL) and modernized applications (EBMS, SEBT, C‑CARE).
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum team.
