Quality Assurance Analyst (Loss Mitigation Underwriting) - Hybrid

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor and/or complete audits of activities of a more basic nature within an assigned area of the Bank to ensure adherence to established internal policies and processes and external regulations.
• Identify issues of non-compliance and communicate to appropriate parties as well as the individual employee as warranted to prevent future recurrence.
• Maintain records of discovered deficiencies to support reporting and trend analyses of activities.
• Develop and maintain a current knowledge of the policies, processes and regulations affecting monitoring and/or auditing activities to ensure validity of analyses and findings.
• Identify potential areas for process or procedural improvements.
• Participate in more complex monitoring and/or audit of activities as requested.

Scope of Responsibilities

• This role monitors and/or completes audits of activities of a more basic nature, often focusing on call monitoring.
• Supervise and manage more complex monitoring and/or audit activities as requested.

Education and Experience Required

• Associates' degree and a minimum of 1 years' work experience in the area supported, or in lieu of a degree a combined minimum of 3 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 years' work experience in the area supported.
• Proven analytical skills.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with pertinent spreadsheet, word processing, database and presentation software.
• Detail-oriented.

Education and Experience Preferred

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience providing written or verbal feedback.

The pay range for this position is $20.55 - $34.25 Hourly (USD).
