Quality Assurance Analyst

About the Role

Lead quality assurance efforts for mission-critical applications supporting U.S. Navy maintenance and readiness. Establish and maintain QA processes throughout the entire system development lifecycle (SDLC). Ensure systems meet stringent DoD, Navy, and NAVSEA quality standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
• Support testing across complex, integrated systems and multiple environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Proven experience establishing and maintaining QA processes across the system lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures.
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools and test management frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to support DoD/Navy programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
