Quality Assurance - 3rd Shift (Full-Time)

About the role

This is a 3rd shift position focused on maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance through inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate centralized data capture and perform product inspections, audits, and quality control tests.
• Conduct shipping distribution inspections, sampling, testing, and review label compliance.
• Document inbound and trailer defects, report issues, and follow up on rework or rejections.
• Assist in managing rework projects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct shift audits, monitor operator compliance, and maintain safety standards.
• Act as safety and pest control liaison, support incident investigations, and ensure a clean work environment.
• Distribute procedure updates, train staff on quality processes, and perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Office with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to perform complex tasks, exercise judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must pass background checks and drug tests, and adhere to safety protocols.
