Quality Associate - Warehouse

INNIO employs over 5,000 people worldwide and is committed to moving energy forward. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Associate to join our quality team.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect Incoming Materials: Perform detailed visual inspections and basic measurements to verify that all received goods meet product specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
- Document & Communicate Results: Accurately record inspection findings, maintain quality documentation, and promptly report any nonconformances.
- Material Control: Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of inspected materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse personnel and the HQ Quality team to initiate containment actions, coordinate part returns, and support supplier recovery processes.
- Support Investigations: Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Internal Auditing: Conduct routine audits of warehouse processes, material handling practices, and inventory controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
What You’ll Have
- Previous experience in quality inspection, incoming quality control (IQC), or a similar role—ideally within a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with quality standards, inspection tools (calipers, gauges, etc.), and ERP or quality management systems (QMS).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- Experience with internal auditing and knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements is preferred.

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday onsite per week.
