Associate - Warehouse

Verification and Tracking

• Verify all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain databases.
• Perform physical inventory counts.
• Reconcile stock counts to records.
• Compute figures from records.
• Obtain current inventory levels.
• Investigate and report discrepancies.

Operational Duties

• Safely operate motorized forklifts with various attachments.
• Receive and maintain equipment certifications if applicable.
• Communicate with material handlers, transportation carriers, purchasing, and management via phone and email.
• Schedule delivery and shipping appointments.
• Receive materials/supplies to production areas.
• Collect finished products, inspect, and prepare for shipping.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2-4 years’ solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and manufacturing.
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish (a plus).
• Read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Communicate verbally and in writing.
• Perform complex mathematical calculations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
• Maintain strict confidentiality and protect privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Physical Demands

• Regularly use plant machinery which certification may be required.
• Routinely work around moving equipment.
• May need to get on and off equipment, stairs.
• Routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
• Regularly stand, walk, use hands/fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly talk or hear.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
