Quality Associate

The Quality Associate role is available in Stafford, TX for a customer advancing lifesaving therapies. This entry-level position supports warehouse and quality operations, focusing on raw materials. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in Science, Biology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and components
• Verify materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation
• Support raw material release activities under supervision
• Label, organize, and store materials appropriately in the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory and material records
• Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures
• Absorb and coordinate with Quality Assurance and Operations teams

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Science, Biology, or related field required
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Ability to follow written procedures and documentation practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or exposure to laboratory, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
• Familiarity with GMP or regulated environments
