About the role

We are seeking a Quality and Safety Oversight Specialist to manage documentation for certified educational activities, maintain a regional database, and collaborate with physician planners. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage documentation for CME certified activities, maintaining e-files and the regional database for activities, attendance, and credit data.
  • Prepare the annual and ongoing schedule of activities, entering series into the Learning Management System and maintaining updates.
  • Collaborate with physician planners to prepare surveys and learning assessments for certified events.
  • Vet and mitigate slide presentations and speaker disclosures.
  • Prepare agendas, handouts, and flyers for approved education.
  • Communicate with physician planners regarding events to complete the planning process and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Train physician planners and administrators in the CME process, documentation, evaluation, and accreditation.
  • Coordinate conference rooms and catering for all events.
  • Support multimedia for medical education conferences.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 4 years of related experience.

Skills

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software, including Teams.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
