About the role
The Quality and Customer Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance programs
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Train and mentor team members on quality and customer service best practices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or quality management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
