About the role

The Quality and Customer Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance programs
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Train and mentor team members on quality and customer service best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers and partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or quality management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
