Quality Analyst Sr- Level 3

About the role

Responsible for conducting comprehensive quality analysis on software systems and processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to identify defects and areas for improvement in software products.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to developers to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and project management to implement quality assurance measures.
• Document findings from testing activities and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest quality assurance methodologies and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and testing frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
