Responsibilities
- Review invoice transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Evaluate processed invoices to identify potential issues related to invoice numbers, dates, dollar amounts, payment details, and vendor information.
- Conduct quality sampling and document findings.
- Identify trends and provide feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable teams to maintain quality standards and adhere to internal controls.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience reviewing, auditing, or validating transactions
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes preferred
- Excel and spreadsheet experience
- Ability to identify trends, errors, and process improvement opportunities
- Experience providing coaching, feedback, or quality observations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage queue-based work
- Financial services, accounting, finance, operations, or quality assurance experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Schedule
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
