Responsibilities

  • Review invoice transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Evaluate processed invoices to identify potential issues related to invoice numbers, dates, dollar amounts, payment details, and vendor information.
  • Conduct quality sampling and document findings.
  • Identify trends and provide feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable teams to maintain quality standards and adhere to internal controls.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience reviewing, auditing, or validating transactions
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes preferred
  • Excel and spreadsheet experience
  • Ability to identify trends, errors, and process improvement opportunities
  • Experience providing coaching, feedback, or quality observations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage queue-based work
  • Financial services, accounting, finance, operations, or quality assurance experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range

$24.18 - $32.21

Schedule

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
