This role supports internal audits, document control, and continuous improvement initiatives, playing a key role in our commitment to quality across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and control ISO documentation (procedures, work instructions, records)
- Ensure document accuracy, consistency, and proper version control
- Cross-check documents for alignment and congruency
- Control specifications and documents of external origin (e.g., IEEE, NEC/NFPA, UL, engineering specifications, customer/job files)
- Coordinate annual documentation reviews and updates
- Perform data entry as needed
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain documentation accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update the Internal Audit Schedule annually to ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards
- Maintain and execute the Calibration Schedule to ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and ISO standards
- Coordinate internal and external ISO audits
- Support audit preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Support supplier non-conformance and corrective action processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements

- Associate’s degree in a quality-related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience with document formatting and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of quality management systems and internal auditing
- Familiarity with document control and regulatory compliance
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015
Work Environment
- Frequently required to stand, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk, and hear
- Regularly required to walk and reach with hands
- Often required to sit; occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Regular use of computer keyboards and monitors
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts
- Rarely exposed to airborne particles or chemical agents
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
