QUALITY ADMINISTRATOR
About the role
The Quality Administrator operates and maintains the Power Systems quality management platform and associated data processes. This individual performs data entry, system upkeep, and user training coordination to meet the quality team’s operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry, data validation, and record-keeping across multiple concurrent projects
- Must be able to serve as a responsive primary point of contact for software support requests, troubleshooting user issues, and escalations, as needed
- Proficient in administering user access and permissions within software platforms, including adding, updating, and removing user records in accordance with defined processes
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver end-user training sessions for diverse internal and external audiences
- Must be able to review, approve, and manage standard work documentation in compliance with established quality guidelines and periodic review schedules
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage recurring tasks and track deadlines
- Comfortable learning and operating quality management software platforms
- Must be able to identify data entry trends, communicate best practices, and facilitate user group meetings to promote platform quality standards
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders
- Required to sit and talk or hear; frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
Requirements
- Required to have an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, quality, information systems, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in an administrative, data coordination, quality support, or related operations role
- Prior experience with quality management, commissioning, or project tracking software is preferred
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including experience with data entry, validation, and structured record-keeping
- Experience creating or maintaining standard work documents, training materials, or instructional guides is preferred
- Some mechanical and electrical aptitude is preferred
