PCB manufactures sensors used by design engineers and predictive maintenance professionals to test and measure vibration, pressure, force, acoustics, load and shock for test, measurement, monitoring and control requirements. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides secretarial and administrative support to all the Quality Department as necessary.
- Basic data entry into Syteline and Quality databases.
- Scanning documents and saving them into appropriate directories on the network.
- Aids in special projects as directed by the Quality Manager, Quality Director or Regulatory Specialist.
- Performs Document Administrator functions to maintain procedures on the company intranet.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: High degree of human relations skills and expertise in communications when dealing with all levels of employees on confidential matters.
- Able to function effectively in a multi-task environment and be organized.
- Intermediate word processing and basic spreadsheet skills.
- Intermediate database & file maintenance computer skills.
- Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation.
