About the role

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is a rapidly growing educational service company that provides support services to the post-secondary education sector. The Qualifying Specialist position is available to those residing within the Phoenix Metro Area.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective new student inquiries via outbound phone calls.
• Discuss prospective students' background, goals, and objectives to determine fit with GCU’s academic programs.
• Forward qualified student inquiries to enrollment counselors depending on the area of interest.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills during all transactions.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to toggle between multiple software programs.

Remote work only, must reside within Phoenix Metro Area*
