About the role
Catalyst Behavior Solutions is seeking a passionate and clinically driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA clinician-led organization, we provide exceptional, evidence-based ABA services and create an environment where clinicians are supported, valued, and empowered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Analyze data and adjust treatment programs based on client progress.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and interdisciplinary providers.
- Conduct caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
- Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, funding source requirements, and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
- Eligible for Minnesota licensure (or willing to obtain prior to start date).
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred).
- One to three years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team.
- Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must pass a background check.
