Qualified Success Architect - Global SMB Team

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption of the company's marketing platform
• Manage multiple SMB accounts efficiently using AI tools to support high-volume service delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing and Sales to develop inbound pipeline strategies
• Design and implement CRM integrations and marketing automation workflows
• Assist customers in optimizing AI-driven buyer engagement across channels
• Translate customer goals into actionable technical and strategic plans
• Consult with technical teams to create data models and ensure best practices
• Educate customer teams on agentic marketing and AI best practices
• Analyze customer engagement and provide optimization recommendations
• Conduct strategic business reviews to align on growth opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development
• Serve as a trusted advisor to maximize customer platform value and success

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise software
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including personal projects or workflows
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems
• Skills in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree required

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
