Key Responsibilities
- Empower Change: Develop individualized short-term goals and interventions that make a real difference.
- Lead with Compassion: Conduct clinical and employee supervisory visits, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
- Inspire Growth: Provide ongoing development plans and annual performance evaluations for direct care staff.
- Champion Advocacy: Participate and advocate for recipients in their ISP meetings, ensuring their voices are heard.
- Drive Excellence: Monitor billing, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve grievances swiftly and compassionately.
- Community Impact: Represent Abound Health at community events, spreading awareness and making connections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field with 2 years of full-time IDD experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with 4 years of full-time IDD experience, OR
- Master’s degree in a related human service field with 1 year of full-time IDD experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
- Total compensation may include various other forms of pay.
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
- Additionally, our 401(k) plan becomes available after 12 months of employment.
