Behavioral Health Services of Virginia (BHSVA) – Fredericksburg is seeking Part-Time Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) who want steady clients, reliable referrals, and strong clinical support—without the demands of a full-time schedule. This is not PRN or on-call work. You will be assigned a full, consistent caseload while maintaining part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services
• Work with children, adolescents, and adults in the Fredericksburg region
• Complete documentation within 24 hours
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
• Participate in weekly supervision and team support

Requirements

• Experience in community-based or behavioral health services preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care

License/Certification: QMHP Certification (Required)
