Responsibilities
- Assist residents with preparing and administering medications ordered by the physician.
- Observe residents' functioning, maintain written records of observations, and report any changes.
- Provide personal care services to residents and assistance in all activities of daily living as needed.
- Answer medical alert calls in a prompt and polite manner.
Requirements
- Indiana QMA certification
- Familiar with all responsibilities of the QMA role
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays
- Will work in collaboration with the nursing team
